Art Blog from Cornwall
Art blog from Cornwall featuring Cornish artists John Dyer, Joanne Short and Ted Dyer. Our artists are some of Cornwall's leading and most acclaimed contemporary painters and have exhibited in Cornwall, London, Monaco and Japan for many decades. Our art blog brings you all the latest art gallery news from Cornwall and the Côte d'Azur and the latest news from all of our artists.

- Artist John Dyer ponders the question of what makes a painting a piece of art.
For me there is a fundamental difference between reproducing the world as we see it and using the visual world as a structure and inspiration to set out ones heart and soul. The later being the mission of every artist while the first option would fit a painter.
- We are absolutely thrilled that 1041 children have sent in their art to be displayed on our Spirit of the Rainforest gallery. Children from the UK, Hong Kong, China, Kenya and Hungary all produced amazing work connected to the rainforest and tribal culture.
